1How Does it Work?

Place your order online or call us at 609.602.6867. Your order can be picked up at our store location in North Wildwood at 1707 New Jersey Ave Unit 100 or choose delivery at check out. Pick up times at our store are from 9:00am to 6:00pm Fridays and Saturdays. If you need a different pick up time just call and we will arrange a time that is convenient for you.

Our door to door delivery service is $15.00. We will drop off all linens and towels in a plastic tote. This tote with linens and towels and all other Shore essentials must be placed outside your door by 10:00am on your day of departure. Just text Ready for PU to 609.602.6867. All deliveries are made between 2:00pm – 6:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

If you wish to use any of our concierge services for either grocery pick up, bed making, etc., arrangements will be made to have access to your rental property between 10am – 2pm.

2Where do you deliver?

All shore towns in Cape May County. Certain towns may include an additional delivery cost.

3What if I don’t see the items I am looking for online?

Just call 609.602.6867 or fill out the email form online and let us know the item that you are looking for and we will do our best to satisfy your request.

4What if I need my weekly rental order on a different check in day other than Friday or Saturday?

Just call 609.602.6867 or fill out email form online to request the time you need the rental order and we will gladly accommodate your request.

5What if I only need my rental order for less than a week?

We do have daily rates so just call 609.602.6867 or fill out email form online to request the days you need your rental order and we will gladly accommodate your request.

6Do you offer Daily Rates?

We only offer daily rates at our store location. We do not offer delivery for daily rated items.

7Is there tax on rental items?

Down the Shore Services charges sales tax for all rental items ordered based on the New Jersey state sales tax rate.

8What forms of payment are accepted?

All major credit and debit cards, cash, money orders and checks are accepted for your online, in store and phone orders.

9When will I be charged for my rental order?

At time of order you will be charged a security deposit of 25% of your total order. Once your delivery is complete you will be charged the balance of your rental order.

10What if I am missing something from my rental order?

Please check your order upon delivery. We will include your original order receipt for you to check your items quickly. If any item/s are missing just call 609.602.6867 or fill out email form online and let us know what you are missing and we will get your missed item/s to you as soon as possible.

11What if I need additional items during my stay?

Just call 609.602.6867 or fill out email form online to request the items you need and we will get the item/s to you as soon as possible.

12What if I need to cancel my order?

Your rental order deposit will be returned to you if you make your cancellation one week prior to your delivery date. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for orders cancelled after 1 week prior to check in date.

13Am I responsible for damaged items?

At time of delivery please inspect your item/s for any damage. If an item/s is damaged please contact us immediately at 609.602.6867 and we will replace the item/s. Items must be returned undamaged. If it is damaged during your stay then you will be responsible for the item/s. Please review our terms and conditions page for cost of items.

14Do you have terms and conditions?

15Can I clean the linens or towels during our stay?

If you decide to wash your linens or towels during your stay, please wash whites separately. Wash beach towels separately. Do not use bleach.

16Should we clean our beach equipment before returning?

Please wipe sand from beach chairs, umbrellas etc. The linens and towels just need to be put back in plastic tote and we will clean.
